Home is Where the Heart Is: Postcards from the Collection of the Petersham Memorial Library.
The Petersham Memorial Library has a new exhibit on view in its display case, "Home is Where the Heart Is: Postcards from the Collection of the Petersham Memorial Library."
The Library exhibit features an evocative selection of historic Petersham postcards from the Library's collection. Along with the postcards, the display contains a a pair handknit teddy bears by Library volunteer Dorothy Dodge (shown in picture) and an original copy of the 'History of Petersham' by Mabel Coolidge. For those with a keen eye and sharp memory, there is a postcard in the display showing Mabel as a little girl.
The postcard exhibit is on display through the end of January 2006.
